Will Bartlett

Will joined at One Search in October 2025 as an Associate in the Investor Relations and Fundraising practice. He works across searches in the Infrastructure, Real Assets, Private Equity and Private Debt markets, covering the full range of functions within Investor Relations, Product Specialism and Capital Formation.

Prior to joining One Search, Will completed a degree in German and Italian at Balliol College, Oxford, and gained international experience working for KPMG in their International Business division in Berlin during his studies.

Will likes to dedicate his spare to time to a range of outdoor pursuits, including hiking, swimming and his number one passion - cycling. Fully clad in his Lycra, he has previously been spotted successfully riding the Danube Cycleway from Munich to Vienna, and rather more unsuccessfully attempting the famous LEJoG ride.
