Niamh Fox

Niamh joined One Search in April 2026 as a Senior Associate in the Investor Relations and Fundraising Practice. She partners with leading global Infrastructure, Private Equity, and Private Debt funds, supporting searches across Investor Relations and Capital Formation functions.

Prior to joining One Search, Niamh worked with Elevate Partners, a Dublin-based search firm, where she specialised in the European Real Assets market. She led front-office investment hires across Energy & Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Aviation Finance, and has built a strong reputation for executing niche searches while fostering long-term client and candidate relationships.

Niamh holds a BA in Sociology and Social Policy from Trinity College Dublin. Outside of work, she has a keen interest in the arts and enjoys theatre, galleries, and exploring new creative pursuits.
