Lian Jones

Lian is the Office Manager for One Search's New York City office, joining the team in June 2026. With a background in administrative and office support at a contingency recruitment agency, she brings a detail oriented approach to keeping operations efficient and the office running at its best.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Union College. In her free time, Lian enjoys exploring the city, painting, and staying active at the gym.
