Andriana Stampoli

Andriana joined One Search in October 2025 as a Senior Associate in the Private Equity practice, advising on mid- and senior-level investment team hires, and senior appointments for portfolio companies across the infrastructure and energy transition asset class.

She previously worked at a leading executive search firm within Financial Services, covering C-suite and Board roles across insurance, retail banking, digital assets, regulation, and asset and wealth management. She also has experience in project and interim transformation and strategy mandates for private equity funds and portfolio companies.

Outside of work, Andriana is a passionate advocate for diversity. She co-heads the Student Engagement Strategy as a Future Leaders Shadow Board Member for Women in Banking and Finance UK, and volunteering across several diversity networks.
